Criminal Activity in 2006

Dr. Dallas has been persecuted by many on the internet for a crime that happened in 1991, over 16 years ago. Those individuals that relentlessly persecute Dr. Dallas have a double standard and see themselves as "above the law." They attack Dr. Dallas' reputation and use all means at their disposal to hurt Dr. Dallas and Konigun Ninjutsu by committing crimes against Dr. Dallas and Konigun.

Anytime a hate group goes unchecked in their verbal attacks it is only a matter of time before individuals are incited into physical violence. As a direct result of the cyber hate group's propaganda (lead by Cayce and Courtney) against Konigun, the Konigun Dojo where Dr. Dallas resided began to be vandalized. The hate group practitioner's violence against Konigun began as follows:

  1. It started out by the repetitive theft of advertisements around the Jackson, MS area.
  2. It then escalated to individuals trashing the yard with newspapers and magazines.
  3. The vandalism escalated to the dojo parking signs being stolen and the framework destroyed by Courtney Vandershaaf. Case Number 2006-241445
  4. When that did not deter the dojo from business the hate group began calling and threatening to burn down the dojo saying that they would make sure that David Ishee's wife and child were inside when it happened. Case Number 2006-215250
  5. In order to make their full intent known the hate group's members broke out the glass on Paula Ishee's car (the Jackson Dojo Instructor's wife).
  6. The members of the hate group hacked Paula Ishee's Yahoo account attempting to gain bank records. Case Number 2006-29110

The cyber hate group has spent countless hours brain-washing the martial artists on the internet into believing that Konigun and Dr. Dallas are "evil" when in fact those propagating this outlandish claim are the ones who have shown disregard for the law and have gone and will go out of their way to put Konigun and its members in harm's way.
