Introductory Greeting

I present these matters before you today, as you the readers are the jury. This is the formal communication that must be weighed with the influences of culture, history, and tradition. I bring this information before you on account of the following two measures:

First - as a message to the future generations
Second - to stop the tyranny that has plundered Konigun's character.

First Measure

I pray that some good will come from my life's occurrences. I would not like to know that I passed from this life and the knowledge I gained overcoming some of the challenges I faced did not enhance another brethren's soul. Therefore, I give the following pages of facts in order that other persons may read, understand, and learn from my mistakes. I pray that what is written below will assist another soul in realizing:

  1. Bad things happen to good people but it is not the end of their lives.
  2. You can pick up the pieces and rise above the oppression of other people's scorn.
  3. Even when good friends1, "Christians," and self appointed executioners use your 15 year-old past against you, do not desert God. Remain steadfast to your Christian beliefs and values.

I say to those in Konigun and to those who are to become Konigun, as well as to you, the reader, be strong.

Second Measure

On several internet talk/chat threads there are some people who have created desolation and tyranny with the most barbarous acts of cruelty against me and Konigun. These people have deceitfully lied, misconstrued and mislead the facts, and have knowingly made false accusations. They have constrained our very existence by becoming the executioners of mine and my brethren's character. They have arbitrarily attacked our fundamental Christian faith and bared false witness against us; unjustly inciting domestic insurrection within our organization.

Now they have forced us to bring them into a court of law. They call our lawsuit frivolous and yet they run and hide from our "process service" in order not to face the court's justice. They are cowards! If they thought their slander so "truthful," then they would be rejoicing at the opportunity to meet us in open court. If we were not the voice of truth in these matters then it would be us running from the court. THIS IS NOT SO, and this is why we stand and fight! We are trying to stop this tyranny by a court action in which they refuse to participate.

In court all truths will come out and nothing will remain hidden. The use of internet chat rooms to sway public perception through half truths and lies allows this hate group to manipulate the facts and thereby prevent the whole truth from being considered. The "moderators" of the message boards became accomplices when they did not abide by their own posted rules and common decency, allowing the threads to contain mocking personal insults about a hospitalizing sickness, body weight, and even lies about child molestation. Imagine promoting the idea that I and Konigun promoted child molestation while knowing that it isn't so. When people use personal unfounded insults while acting in the name of concern they demonstrate their violation of ethics and break trust. At that point, they no longer seek to legitimize information nor care to uphold the sanctity of the truth, thereby making the facts virtually irrelevant, with justice being denied. Unchecked power is the foundation of the cruelest form of tyranny.

We at Konigun feel it is our duty to stem this tide of oppression and tyranny and have chosen the court as the primary vehicle for the peaceful restoration of our civil rights and freedoms. I use the words of Everett Hale to demonstrate my steadfast conviction.
